Choose different fitness lessons which include –
Yoga: A series of poses moving from head-to-toes to create space in your joints to increase the mobility and help you to get in shape and right posture.
Dance: A dynamic fitness program that will help you get in shape while having a blast.
Zumba: A fun and fitness workout to great music and burn calories without even realising it. No skill level needed.
Lessons will be held at Jean Yip Loft.
First 10 customers will receive $30 a-la-carte Jean Yip Loft voucher.
Timing will be advised accordingly.
Tuesday : Zumba @ 7pm
Thursday: Yoga @ 7pm
Saturday: Zumba @ 1pm & Dance fitness @ 2.30pm
Do note the first class starts on 6th February 2018.
