Yoga Foundations (1st February, Thursday, 7pm), Dance Fitness (3rd February, Saturday, 1.30pm), Zumba (3rd February, Saturday, 3pm)
Yoga: A series of poses moving from head-to-toes to create space in your joints to increase the mobility and help you to get in shape and right posture.
Dance: A dynamic fitness program that will help you get in shape while having a blast.
Zumba: A fun and fitness workout to great music and burn calories without even realising it. No skill level needed.
Lessons will be held at Jean Yip Loft.
