We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect items
- Defective items
We apologise if a defective or wrong item was sent. We will be more than happy to process and facilitate the exchange right away. Please note that all incorrect items must be in their original condition and unopened. Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
Procedure for exchanges
- Please drop us an email within 7 working days from dispatch date. For defective items, please send us an image of the defect.
- We will send you a confirmation email with the return procedures.
- Please send back the items to be returned within 7 working days after the confirmation email with the return procedures has been sent.
- Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- Postage fees incurred will be fully absorbed by us and will be refunded as store credit.
- In the event the item you originally ordered is no longer available, we will only be able to offer a replacement or store credit will be issued.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us for the following reasons, you will be required to top up for necessary postage:
- Incorrect/Insufficient address
- Moved or No such Name/Company
- Refused/Unable to deliver
- Letterbox Full/Faulty/No letterbox
- PO Box Closed
